**Fleet Solutions Adminstrator** to join our Fleet Management department. This will be a
**Homeworking/Hybrid** role
**Salary**
- £23,091.53 per annum

**Hours**
- 42.5 hours: Monday - Friday between 8.00am - 5.30pm, with Saturdays on a rota basis and overtime available.
- 30 Minute Lunch Break

**Responsibilities**:
Working in a Team with coordinating the daily fleet schedule and associated activities. Specific Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Co-ordinating with the Team on Open WIPs
- Ensuring compliance on supplier invoices
- Chasing updates from suppliers
- Ensuring Administration functions on Value Products are executed
- Producing customer generic reports
- Working with implementation team on the onboarding of customers
- Ensure Customer Support Inbox is kept up to date and responded to with SLAs
- Assist the Fleet Solutions Team where required
- Support key stakeholders within the business where required
**Qualifications**:
- Customer Service experience
- Administrative experience
- Experience of Transport or Fleet Maintenance would be beneficial but not essential
- Proven experience working in teams
- Applicants must have a permanent residence with a designated working space (home office, spare room etc) which is clean, ventilated and free from any form of distraction or excessive background noise.
- Applicants will provide their own internet/broadband in this role (minimum technical requirements apply)
- You must connect to the internet via a WIRED connection as the phone system will need to be connected to your router.
