Enterprise Mobility is seeking an experienced Insurance Office Administrator to join our Rental Claims Services department. In this role, you will assist with the administration of RCS UK office, including identifying applicable liability coverage on claims and facilitating acceptance of liability exposures for claims on our rental fleet.

You will be responsible for handling telephone coverage for Rental Claims Services mainline, updating system notes and data fields, maintaining a current workflow (diary), communicating effectively with renters, insurance carriers, and other parties, and distributing incoming digital mail and email.

This is a great opportunity to work with a global network that covers nearly 100 countries, with over 80,000 dedicated team members and a portfolio of world-class brands. A competitive salary of £32,000 per year is offered for this position, depending on experience.
