Future Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Data and Administrative Manager to join our EMEA team at our Head Quarters in Egham, Surrey. This role offers a highly competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits including private medical, on-site restaurant, life insurance, career development and progression, social club and events.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent attention to detail and accuracy, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages with the ability to confidently manipulate data and create reports with minimum assistance. You will be responsible for ensuring all data concerning the tracking of registerable and tracked business opportunities is accurately maintained in both Future's systems and the systems of our suppliers.

  • You will liaise with suppliers on pending registrations to get approvals in line with 30-day objectives.
  • Maintain 'Registerable' flag and core in AIX and suppliers' cost book in order to ensure accuracy and traceability of registered billings.
  • Synchronize data between CRM and nominated manufacturers web systems.
