We're seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join a dynamic team at a well-established technical services company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of their operations, handling diverse administrative responsibilities across sales, support, dispatch, and invoicing functions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Managing data entry and maintenance in their ERP system
  • Processing customer orders, preparing quotes, and issuing invoices
  • Handling service and maintenance cases
  • Managing RMA processes (returns, repairs, and warranty claims)
  • Providing comprehensive customer support and query resolution
  • Supporting field engineers and contracts team
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory management
  • Contributing to system improvements and data accuracy


What You'll Do


  • Answer incoming calls and provide first-line support
  • Process sales orders from contract managers
  • Create quotes and handle order acknowledgements
  • Work collaboratively with various departments including Systems Manager, Stores team, Account Managers, and Contract Engineers
  • Assist with stock management and inventory precision
  • Provide coverage for team members during absences
