We are looking for an Administrative Specialist to join our eTeam in Egham, Surrey, UK. This role involves providing internal support and guidance to sales personnel ensuring orders comply with company policy.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administrative roles, preferably with experience in contract administration, procurement, or sales support.

Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming requests from departments for assistance, manage the team Outlook inbox, and prioritize emails by urgency and importance.
  • Review and activate incoming order submissions for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to client standard contract guidelines using Salesforce.
  • Assist sales teams in using Salesforce case requests to ensure accurate client data is used when creating contracts.
  • Sign authority for order agreements and maintain 100% compliance with legal empowerment matrix.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
