Customer Service Executive

**Working hours are Monday - Friday 07.00 - 17.00**
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is motivated and ambitious and looking to build a career in the customer service industry. You will be joining one of the UK’s leading logistics companies who have had a record year with impressive ongoing growth plans.
My well-established national client has over 40 sites, employs 3000+ members of staff, completes 400,000 deliveries per year and owns over 4,000 trucks. Due to expansion and progression, they are seeking an experienced customer service executive to support with delivering a first-class service to their key accounts.
**Responsibilities**
- Taking in bound calls from key account with enquiries, orders and queries
- Working to customer KPI’s on performance and resolutions
- Providing an excellent level of customer service at all time
- Managing complaints and liaising with a number of stakeholders in the business to provide a timely solution
- Logging all enquiries into in house system
- Building relationships
- Providing solutions

- Strong communication skills
- Previous key account/customer service experience
