Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Inputting telephone orders.
- Provide information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Responding to customer enquires and supplying quotations for their projects.
- Coordinating all sample stock - preparing and labeling accordingly.
- Tracking outbound deliveries & liaising with our logistics company to ensure all are on schedule.
- Maintain customer records in the database
- Liaising with our customers to up-date them on their deliveries.

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team. members.
- Overall literacy and numeracy to a high level.
- Excellent communication & customer service skills

Pay: £24,500.00-£25,500.00 per year
