**Role Purpose**:
Work within a team of customer service advisors, who are responsible for engaging with customers. Maintaining expert knowledge about company products and services to best help customers.
**General Role Description**:
- Taking inbound calls within a fast paced environment in a professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Process purchase orders accurately
- Assist with technical enquiries
- Liaise with other departments to assist in customer enquiries

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
