We are investing heavily to ensure we stay at the forefront of our industry and we are seeking motivated salespeople to help us achieve this goal.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Respond to and follow-up sales leads/queries using appropriate methods in a timely manner.
- Deal with customers directly to resolve issues in an efficient and timely manner, delivering a first-class customer service experience.
- Conduct complaint handling procedures in a timely manner.
- Using the relevant systems, ensure all customer complaints are logged and followed-up on.
- Build, establish and maintain relationships with both B2C and B2B clients.
- Build and develop prospect databases.
- Carry out specific sales projects, research and present findings.
- Understand competitors and be aware of their strengths, weaknesses and strategies.
- Maintain and continually build a high standard of product knowledge at all times.
- General ad hoc daily duties/tasks.
**Essential Skills**
- An ability to work conscientiously and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- You are coachable and have an enthusiastic approach to learning about a wide array of products.
- A strong team player.
- An ability to take a methodical approach to day-to-day business problems.
**Salary**
Base Salary: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year, with uncapped commission
Bonus entitlement after a 3-month period.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
