**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organised individual with excellent phone skills to join our team. As a Sales and Customer Service Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and benefits.
**Duties**:
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Handle sales calls and provide quotes for small jobs
- Address customer service inquiries
- Follow up with suppliers
- Organise and maintain both physical and electronic files and records
- Track and follow up on quotes
- Maintain accurate records
**Experience**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
