**Job description**: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised Part-Time Traffic Administrator to join our team. As the Traffic Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing the logístical aspects of our bulk fuel deliveries, ensuring efficient operations and timely deliveries to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with drivers, monitor working time directive & EU drivers hours regulations to ensure compliance with regulations
- Ensure legal time frames are adhered to in relation to the recording of vehicle & driver documentation.
- Assist in arranging annual driver training.
- Monitor & record fuel & Ad Blue usage.
- Schedule vehicle maintenance.
- Provide administrative assistance to depot managers.
- Order, record & monitor PPE uniform orders for all depots & filling stations.
- Monitor & record vehicle trye checks, arrange replacements where required.
- Assist with maintaining, ordering company lease vehicles.
- Produce daily vehicle unavailability report, liaising with maintenance providers.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in traffic administration, logistics coordination, or a related field.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of fuel industry regulations and safety standards are preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with logistics software or systems is an asset.
