Employee Relations Administrator

Are you an immediately available HR Administrator with experience of supporting on employee relation cases?
The university is one of the top ten universities in the world. They have gained their reputation by offering excellent education to students in science, engineering, business and medicine.
The University is located in Kensington and has around 20,000 students currently studying at the University.
The purpose of this 2-month temporary Employee Relations Administrator post is to be responsible for providing timely, accurate and excellent administrative support to the Employee Relations team to help deliver a first-rate ER service.
The main responsibilities of this Employee Relations Administrator job, paying £15.52 per hour include:
- Taking accurate notes at hearings and meetings as required, transcribing and completing them within the required deadline.
- Updating the sickness absence case management spreadsheet with new cases.
- Providing professional, timely and accurate administrative support for the ER team.
This important HR role will suit an experienced administrator with a background in HR. You will need to very accomplished at minute/note taking at ER case meetings. The team are very busy, so you will need be make an immediate impact. The post has the opportunity to go permanent, based on performance.
You will only need to attend the office 2-days per week, and you will report into the Senior Employee Relations Manager over the 2-month temporary role.
The interview process will involve a test and a virtual MS Teams interview.
