Employee Relations and Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and communicative Employee Relations and Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Crimson Hotels Group.

Annual Salary: £26,000 - £31,000

About the Position:

This is a fixed-term contract for three months, covering maternity leave. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and payroll administration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing materials and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Process employee requests and inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Support performance management and employee relations initiatives.
  • Prepare and distribute HR reports, presentations, and communications.
  • Assist with payroll administration and ensure accuracy of employee data.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in HR or a related field.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
