We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record in HR advisory services. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide support to managers in handling employee lifecycle processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional HR advice on a range of matters, including employee relations, performance management, and policy application.
  • Support managers in handling employee lifecycle processes.
  • Lead and contribute to HR projects that align with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
