Job Description:
As an HR Advisor with Cooper Lomaz Recruitment Ltd, you will be responsible for delivering effective HR services, supporting strategic HR projects, and managing employee relations casework. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to HR initiatives, develop your skills, and grow professionally in a dynamic team environment.

You will work closely with empowered managers and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure compliance with company policies and legislation. Your expertise in HR best practices will help educate and embed company values across teams and departments. Additionally, you will manage all employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and flexible working requests, while providing support for recruitment and selection processes.

Main Tasks:
• First-line contact for all HR-related issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation
• Review and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines while advising managers on their implementation
• Embed company values across teams and departments through education and training programs
• Manage employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and flexible working requests
• Support recruitment and selection processes, including apprenticeship campaigns
• Collaborate with Health & Safety to lead onboarding processes, including HR inductions
• Develop and implement performance management initiatives and mental health and wellbeing strategies
• Work with Finance to update bi-monthly payroll and oversee benefits administration

Requirements:
• Proven experience in HR advisory roles
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Proficiency in HR systems and analytics
