Head of Employee Relations

We are looking for a seasoned professional to fill the role of Head of Employee Relations at May & Stephens in London.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and a minimum of ten years' experience in managing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on employment law and compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related concerns.
- Promote a positive work environment through effective employee relations.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration.
- Lead the resolution of performance/conduct/discipline/grievance issues.
- Develop and implement training programs.
- Oversee recruitment and selection efforts.
- Enhance employee engagement and provide recommendations for employee rewards.
- Improve HR systems, practices, and processes.
- Contribute to other organizational projects.
Requirements:
- Certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or equivalent.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in the financial sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £85,000-£120,000, based on qualifications and experience. Our company offers a competitive benefits package, including a pension scheme and generous time off.
