In this role, you will play a key part in helping us achieve our vision by driving employee engagement and developing effective workplace relations strategies.

With an estimated salary of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our team and contribute to our success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing employee engagement strategies to improve productivity and job satisfaction
  • Managing senior employee cases, employee concerns, and advising management on employment-related issues
  • Ensuring all employee relations activities comply with public sector rules and regulations
  • Fostering a fair and transparent working environment for all employees
Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, candidates will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or a related field
  • A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR)
  • A CIPD qualification to at least level 5
  • At least seven years' experience in human resources and employee relations, preferably in the public sector or government agencies
  • Familiarity with public sector employment laws, regulations, and practices
  • A strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and unionised work environments
