Job Title: Head of Trade Relations

Mind Partners UK is a retained head-hunting firm with a presence in the UK and France. We partner with family-owned businesses to drive their growth and development in key markets.

We are working with a renowned French skincare brand that seeks to expand its wholesale business in the UK and Ireland. As Head of Trade Relations, you will play a crucial role in driving this expansion and building strong relationships with key accounts.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

As Head of Trade Relations, you will be responsible for managing our trade relations in the wholesale business in the UK and Ireland. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

You will work closely with our operations team to ensure all new product launches and promotions run smoothly as per agreement. You will also monitor order processes in close relationship with Supply Chain to avoid any business disruptions.

Additionally, you will report and present required business reports with wider teams and business reviews with Paris headquarters.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree from a business school or university, with a strong background in sales or key accounts
  • Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of Excel
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with key account buying and marketing teams
  • Results-oriented and love a good challenge
