**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic
**Part-Time Customer Service Administrator** to join a small team in Carlisle. As a vital part of the company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support for a growing and successful family run business.
The core of the business is supplying domestic and commercial consumers with a variety of retail products and services.

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.- Assist in managing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office organisation.- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.- Contribute to improving customer service procedures and policies.**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Proficiency in basic computer software and data entry.- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.**Hours and Pay**:
15 - 20 hours per week.
Flexible days available, so this job could work around you
**£12 per hour.**
Career progression with increasing hours available if you desire.
