**Customer Service Administrator (Temporary with potential to become Permanent)**

**Based at Kingmoor, Carlisle**

**37 hours per week | Salary £23,500**

**Do you have**:

- Experience in an administration-type role
- Experience in a customer-service environment
- Good IT skills in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)

**Role Purpose**:
Provide customer service support to the Cumbria Waste Recycling (CWR) customer base; building relationships with customers (and colleagues) to achieve goals; delivering a great customer experience whilst balancing and supporting the administrative needs of the business. Carry out a range of administrative tasks that will support the Customer Service Team Leader, RCV Transport and Sales teams.
