**Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for growing our local market share by building relationships with potential Vendors and Landlords.
- Build credibility with prospective clients by sharing market updates and discussing activity in the housing market both at a local and national level.
- Utilising our database to build a pipeline of future business.
- Deliver consistently exceptional service both to internal and external stakeholders.
- Have good knowledge of Knight Frank service lines and cross-sell our services to clients where applicable.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure they are being looked after appropriately
- Demonstrate good knowledge of Knight Frank service lines and be able to cross-sell our services to clients where appropriate.
- Adhere to the regulations and guidelines laid down in the Firm’s internal procedures at all times
