Responsibilities:

- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Enter customer data and update account information accurately in the system
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and patience
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, French, Italian, Hindi, Arabic is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision
- Previous customer service experience is a plus

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
