We are looking for a full time **Customer Service Apprentice** to join our busy buyer services team at our Wakefield site.

Principal Responsibilities:

- Carry out administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Fulfil the learning requirements for the Apprenticeship qualification.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Develop strong relationships across the business.

Duties Include:

- Field enquiries from customers.
- Escalate customer complaints to the relevant person where required.
- Keep all systems up to date with customer contact details.
- Keep customer experience at the forefront of calls, having excellent customer conversations.
- Create reports as requested.
- Follow all company processes, policies and procedures.
- Meet all deadlines in relation to the Apprenticeship qualification.
- Undertake ad hoc duties as instructed.

Skills/ Experience
- Good organisational and administration skills.
- Good communication skills, both orally and written.
- Comfortable speaking to customers via telephone.
- Ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

As part of the apprenticeship you will complete a Customer Service Level 3 Qualification. Your college work will mean attending online learning and the learning aspect will occupy 20% of your employed time with the rest spent learning on the job and supporting the team. Basic salary increases on successful completion of the apprenticeship.
