- Assist in training and supervising junior care staff
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare or social care sector
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a care setting
