We are seeking experienced telesales individuals who are passionate about selling and thrive in the fast-paced world of the coffee business. This role is perfect for those who are motivated by high earning potential through commission and recurring revenue streams. As a key player in our sales team, you will connect with potential customers, introducing them to our innovative bean2cup coffee machines, coffee beans, and fresh milk products, enhancing their coffee offerings and experience.

**Duties**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using your own generated leads.
- Present and promote our coffee products or services to prospective customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Follow a well-crafted script and sales guidelines to effectively communicate the value of our products.
- Accurately collect and record customer information in our CRM system, ensuring effective follow-up and customer management.
- Respond to incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries or concerns with a high level of customer service.
- Strive to meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the team's success.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar role is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and Spanish to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in computer software and CRM systems, like Salesforce, to manage customer interactions efficiently.
- Strong ability to articulate product benefits and persuade customers, enhancing sales effectiveness.
- Independent worker with a knack for meeting ambitious sales targets.
- Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
