**Job Purpose**:
We’re looking for a Telesales Team Leader, that can embody the company and its values. You’ll be able to lead and manage a team successfully who achieves and exceeds their tasks given to them.
You’ll be able to sell on the phone every day to a high standard, and, most importantly, someone who enjoys it You will be responsible for contacting many areas of the UK via phone, whilst converting prospects and leads into orders. As well as leading your team to deliver company KPI’s and offer exceptional customer service on every call.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Daily coaching and support with customer conversations
- Monitoring, coaching and supporting the team's performance to achieve set goals
- Oversee and drive the usage of queue management through our systems, distribute customer request tickets and follow up with the team to completion
- Build and present reports on the team's performance
- Support the department manager with team one to ones
- Support the department manager with performance reviews
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and work quality throughout the team
- Call monitoring on a regular basis, followed up with coaching and training for the team
- Supporting with customer escalations
- Deputise in the absence of the department manager
- Achieve and maintain personal goals each month
- General administrative duties related to role and cleanliness of customer accounts
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and updating reports related to role
- Building strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and clients
- Good Time management
- Ability to adapt to changes quickly and work in a fast paced environment
- Can think independently and solve problems
**Role requirements**:
- 5 days a week - split over a 2-week Rota (Monday-Friday) - (Tuesday - Saturday)
- 8-hour shift (Flexible hours)
- Working from home with occasional travel to an office location for training
