Employee Relations Administrator

We have a role as an Empoylee Relations Administrator role in the HR department of a busy charity. Essentially they are looking for a strong administrator who has had some exposure to employment relations looking for exposure to a large organisation.
**Responsibilities**
- Note taking at investigations and formal meetings
- Drafting and reviewing letters
- Updating SharePoint and Workday files
- Updating our Casework tracker
- Adhoc administration related to casework including
- Updating HR template letters or process guides
- Getting templates and tools updated/designed for line managers to use
**Skills/knowledge**
- Strong written communication skills including:
- High quality note taking - accuracy and speed
- Effective letter writing skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of HR processes and employment law
- Ability to build relationships with team and customers
It will be a three month contract, Stratford based (although it is hybrid and flexible) potential for contract extension.
