We are currently assisting one of the leading global banks as they search for a thoughtful and experienced HR Employee Relations Specialist in a rare opportunity to join the HR Employee Relations team for a nine-month FTC.
- Working to support your line of business on any ER-related cases, providing a high level of expertise at all times
- Coach line managers on the management of employee relations cases in line with the company HR policy
- Assist with redundancy procedures in a thoughtful and considerate manner
- Expertly guide all levels of employees on complex policy, process, and ER advice - ranging from sickness absence to performance improvement.

This role is looking for someone with a strong background in complex business ER cases with the ability to work with a high volume of roles. You as the Employee Relations Specialist will ideally come with previous experience working within a complex matrixorganisation and have the ability to deal with highly sensitive cases with care.
