BAM FM is recruiting a Helpdesk Operator to support school & commercial projects in the South West but based at Blaise High School, Bristol. Working 37.5 hours per week with varying start times between 7.30am - 4.30pm and 9.00am - 6.00pm

**Your mission**

Reporting to the Helpdesk Manager, your main responsibilities will be to operate the FM Helpdesk where you will be required to take calls and log the tasks requested onto a CAFM system.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

- Issue tasks to site teams/mobile engineers and monitor each task through to completion.
- Provide administration support to the projects and local FM team.
- Provide quotes to our clients for extra works and raising purchase order to our sub-contractors.
- Provide information and take bookings from internal and external customers for sports and room facilities.

**Who are we looking for?**
- A good telephone manner and excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- A positive and flexible approach to work
- Must be IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Prior knowledge of Concept Evolution would be advantageous but not essential
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
