**Role overview**:
Working in close collaboration with Finance Manager, Assistant Finance Manager and Senior Finance Assistant, you will have primary responsibility for a wide range of tasks including but not limited to;
- Processing weekly and monthly contractor timesheets and invoices on InTime
- Chasing contractors for timesheet submittal and managers for timesheet authorisation
- Scheduling contractor payments on Bankline
- Processing client self-bill invoices (for our MSP Clients)
- Maintaining and cross-checking records for Client, Supplier, Contractor and Assignments
- Notifying relevant departments of discrepancies
- Verifying new supplier bank details
- Processing Purchase Ledger supplier invoices and ensuring timely payments
- Management of departmental mailboxes
- Expenses - Processing and verification of staff expense claims
- Managing the Company Credit Card Account
- Ad hoc queries and filing
**Skills and experience required for role**:
- Commercial accounts software knowledge (ideally Xero)
- Previous experience of using MS Office suite, particularly Excel
- Experience of dealing with external suppliers and/or clients
- Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.
- High attention to detail
**Location**:
Hybrid working between home and our office location in Hove.
**Salary**:
£23,000 - £25,000 per annum
