At DMS Ltd we are excited to be expanding our business and are looking for a new Level 2 Apprentice Helpdesk Operator to join our established team You will be working as part of a diverse team providing our customers with excellent customer service and working with the cutting edge IT technology. Duties include: ensuring customer expectations and requirements are identified, and successfully managed/logged on our ticketing system.

**What will the apprentice be doing?**
- Answer and administer inbound and outbound calls
- Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified, and successfully managed/logged on our ticketing system
- Monitoring all incoming requests
- Provide knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and efficient service
- Effectively manage customer communication through their tickets with timely progress updates
- Maintain knowledge of DMS Navigator products and services.

**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**
- Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Standard
- End Point Assessment
- Level 2 Functional skills in English & Math if required.

**What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?**
- We have had success with apprentices before
- the director, helpdesk manager, implementation team leader and a senior consultant all started as apprentices on the helpdesk.
- Progression to a Level 3 qualification.

£15,600 a year

**Working week**

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm 1 Hour for Lunch and 2 x 15 minute comfort breaks

Total hours per week: 40 hours a week

**Expected duration**

17 Months
