**Job Description** Main Duties**
- To provide administration and management support to the Strategic Lead and North East Directors
- Event management
- Manage all travel arrangements, inclusive of booking flights, rail and accommodation and the preparation of travel itineraries for Strategic Lead and North East Directors
- Complex diary management for Strategic Lead and North East Directors
- Play an active part in the care of clients and be wholly familiar with contacts/clients
- Manage complex administration requests from internal/external stakeholders
- Line management and delegation of administrative tasks to Team Administrators
- Attend management meetings, prepare agendas and take comprehensive notes
- Day to day management of office and facilities and wider support to Strategic Lead as and when required
- Assist wider office admin team, including bid support as and when required
- Organising team meetings, ensuring the management team are well-prepared
- Prepare and submit mileage and expenses for Strategic Lead
- Submit weekly timesheets for Strategic Lead
- Raise purchase orders and receipt invoices
**Qualifications** Required skills and experience**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- The ability to manage information professionally and confidentially
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Teams and Outlook
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal
