As a Business Administrator working for our WESTERN dealership in Frome, Somerset, your role will involve:
**Key Functions**:

- Admin support for Sales and After Sales business
- Creating service invoices
- Management and submission of warranty claims
- Administration of service contracts
- Act as back up for Sales Administrator
- whole goods admin, etc.
- Digital marketing including website, Facebook and Instagram
- Deal with incoming and outgoing post
- Banking - cash book management and business system processing
- Deal with all DVLA communication, taxing of vehicles, management of log books, V55’s
- Telephone answering / message taking
- Deal with sales / bought ledger enquiries
- Administration of staff timesheets

**Essential Skills & Knowledge**:

- Relevant experience within an administration role
- Excellent people skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Willingness to work overtime / unsociable hours at peak periods
- Strong teamwork skills

**Hours of Work**:
Working hours are 37.5 per week, although during peak seasonal periods you must be prepared to work additional hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
