About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to lead our psychodynamic training program. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in working clinically as a psychodynamic practitioner and have experience in administration and/or team leadership.

The successful candidate will be able to manage trainees with a range of abilities and previous knowledge of psychodynamic theory and clinical practice. They will also be able to manage training staff to meet required processes and deadlines to comply with business processes and the requirements of accreditation.

The salary for this position is £16 per hour, paid for 4 hours a week for 36 weeks, resulting in an estimated annual salary of approximately £18,048.
