The Thrive Group is looking for an HR Coordinator to support their team in Frome.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Managing absence and performance management meetings to promote employee well-being and productivity.
  2. Offering guidance on maternity and paternity policies and procedures to cater to employees' needs.
  3. Developing, reviewing, and maintaining company policies and procedures to create a positive work culture.
  4. Ensuring training needs are met by collaborating with line managers.
  5. Maintaining expertise in HR and Employee relations to provide valuable support.

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 100% on-site. Benefits include a company pension, holiday entitlement, sick pay, and free car parking.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £36,000.
