Job Summary:- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies
- Provide expert advice on employment law and company policies
- Conduct regular absence and performance management meetings with staff members
- Collaborate with line managers to identify training needs and develop solutions
- Support the development of company policies and procedures
- Proven experience in HR and employee relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly proficient computer skills, including Microsoft packages (e.g., Excel, Word)
- Salary: £35,000 per annum
