About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating talent management activities, including recruitment, training, and development programs. They will also assist line managers in ensuring all training needs on site are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate talent management activities, including recruitment, training, and development programs

  • Provide advice on employee relations matters, including absence and performance management
  • Support the implementation of company policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will have high proficiency in Microsoft packages such as Excel and Word, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
