Job Opportunity: We are looking for a talented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Thrive Group in Frome.

Role Summary: As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the management team with day-to-day HR tasks, including conducting performance reviews, creating and implementing employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining accurate HR records.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct absence and performance management meetings with line managers
  • Provide guidance on maternity and paternity leave policies and procedures
  • Develop and review company policies and procedures
  • Assist line managers with training needs and development plans
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of HR practices and procedures, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer: In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including company pension with 6% employer contribution, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and free car parking.
