Tavistock Centre Training Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Lead to join our team at the Tavistock Centre. As a Training Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programmes in psychodynamic psychotherapy, ensuring adherence to accreditation requirements and promoting equality and non-discrimination.

The successful candidate will have significant experience of working clinically as a psychodynamic practitioner, administration, and/or team leadership, and experience of teaching adults is desirable.

You will be responsible for administering course requirements, including deadlines, and managing staff to meet accreditation standards. You will also evaluate course progress via feedback, questionnaires, and post-course reviews.

In addition, you will lead on PDP matters at the Training Executive Committee and participate in the annual trainee selection panel.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
