Apprentice Team Ltd are currently recruiting for a business based in Limehouse, E14 area who is looking for a Patient Care Co-ordinator Apprentice to join their growing team

This company is a doctor-led, doctor delivered face, body and hair clinic who offers revolutionary new treatments for men & women of all ages. The have years of experience and are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

**LIST OF DUTIES**

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Answer all telephone enquiries (10AM to 7PM) 4 days a week.
- Reply to all enquiries on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp)
- Maintain diary (cloud based CRM clinic management suite - training will be provided)
- Meet & greet patients/clients
- Follow-up patients and clients who have received treatment at Rejuvence.
- Chase up patients and clients for Google Reviews and Pabau Reviews.
- Personal Assistance
- Admin Assistance
- Sales and Marketing - build relationships with relevant businesses in the local community
- Monitor stock levels in the clinic and place orders for relevant equipment and consumables

No specific qualifications are required however grades A* - C (9 - 4) GCSE maths and English would be desirable.

**Job Type**: Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £5.28 per hour
