The Position

Job Title: Apprentice Technical Operations Co Ordinator

Location: London EC2M

WorkingHours:Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Salary: £19,000 per year

Role and Responsibilities

• Provisioning all products.

• Communicating with customers and suppliers to coordinate delivery, provide regularupdates, and manage handovers upon completion.

• Ensuring timely and successful delivery of services to customers.

• Addressing any issues related to orders and faults, while meeting all service levelagreements (SLAs).

• Conducting fault diagnostics and collaborating with suppliers/customers for resolution.

• Keeping customers informed through phone and email communications.

• Managing tickets and workflows using ServiceNow.
