**Due to continued growth and success, Total Security are on the lookout for a Billing & Risk Administrator to expand the team.**

**Role Description**

This is a varied role with multiple responsibilities aimed at supporting senior members of the

Billing and Risk back office team. This role will suit anyone looking to work within ecommerce,

**Skills Required**:
Whilst full training will be provided, here are some of the skills that will be useful for the role.
- Confidence with using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical, verbal and written communications skills.
- A Problem solving focus.
- Must be accurate with strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude to work and change.
- Independent worker that can effectively prioritise and manage time.

**Billing & Risk Administrator Key Responsibilities**
- Log into payment gateways each month and retrieve financial statements and ensure

they are stored in the team's network drive.
- Reconcile internal data with data obtained from payment gateways and flag any

discrepancies to senior members of the team.
- Manually process refunds within payment gateways when they fail within the customer

management systems.
- Deal with escalated issues from the customer support team and offer feedback for future

occurrences.
- Manually update various reports daily and weekly to ensure that senior members of the

team have the required data for their reports.
- Carry out daily tests of the order form to ensure that customer payments are processed

correctly within the billing system.
- When updates are made to the company websites, perform in depth order form tests and

collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to report any bugs or issues.
- Action alerts received through various portals and ensure that the fraudulent account is

located and any payments are refunded.
- Maintain files for the chargeback alert system, ensuring that it is working effectively and

manually marking accounts on the customer management system as necessary.
- Respond to fraud notifications and retrieval requests from different acquiring banks to

ensure that relevant payments are refunded.
- Audit agent tasks to ensure they are carried out correctly.
- Undertake other duties, as required, which are not necessarily specified in this role

profile, but which are commensurate with the grade for this role.
