**Logistics Administrator / Coordinator**
**Fareham**
OutThere RPO are supporting a growing Manufacturer hire a Logistics Administrator to join their Operations Department.
**Essential Duties**:
- Inventory management - Actively tracking and organising key products ensuring knowledge of location, and stock levels.
- Regularly communicating with suppliers, customers and other employees on shipping, stock levels and delivery times.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the supply chain. This may include resolving issues that arise during the shipping process, such as delayed shipments or damaged goods.
- Ensuring that all records are accurate and up to date and that all shipments are sent to the correct locations.
- Ensuring correct and accurate information is entered into our systems, spreadsheets and databases in order to accurately organise and track information.
**Key Skills Required**:
- Previous Logistics Experience essential.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong administrative skills
- Knowledge of Bill of Lading advantageous
