To provide high quality, efficient and effective administrative support for the successful running of the Company. Maintaining a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors and customers in person and via telephone.

***Day-to-day***:
No two days are the same. However, here are some example of what you day may look like'- Provide high quality administrative support services
- Handling enquiries and directing incoming calls to the appropriate department
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors professionally
- Organising meetings and reserving meeting rooms when necessary
- Provide refreshments during meetings
- Daily check/tidy of meeting rooms
- General administration including photocopying, printing and filing
- Reception cover / answering overflow calls
- Support production of health and safety construction plans; documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, tool box talks, COSHH, etc., health and safety files
- Support production of electrical testing certificates
- Document control of major project department
- Support project teams in collating and issuing O&Ms
- Support project teams in collating and issuing gas folders
- Collate site set up documentation (crimped procedure manuals and CMS)
- Complete and issue pre-qualification documentation
