Senior Pension Administrator Retirement Services Specialist

Role Overview
HSBC Global Services Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Pension Administrator to join our Retirement Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class service to our customers, ensuring the smooth administration of our Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) products.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with management and team members to ensure the end-to-end process of crystallizing benefits, including performing calculations.
- Responsible for completing the administration on HSBC's SIPP products.
- Deliver a best-in-class service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Train junior colleagues and lead ad-hoc projects as required.
- Escalate issues to management, particularly those with regulatory, reputational, or financial risk.
Requirements
- Demonstrable background in self-invested personal pensions.
- Experience working with Delta's SIPP-Pro software.
- Proven track record of training and developing peers within the wider team.
- Extensive knowledge of the current market.
