We have an opportunity for you to join our Human Resources team, as our new HR Systems & Data Administrator. In this role, you’ll be providing data and reporting expertise as a key user of our HR systems, and supporting stakeholders to understand the meaning of, and how to interpret data. Attention to detail is key as the data you will be providing will influence important business decision making.

Some of your other key accountabilities will include:

- Presenting findings on data analysis to key stakeholders to help support strategic decision making
- Providing guidance on large data dependant projects, typically surrounding change programmes
- Supporting system upgrades, including set up, testing, communications planning, and launch
- Ensuring that security of access to employee data held on the HR systems is controlled and maintained, to protect the integrity of the data and meet the requirements of GDPR
- Continually exploring the external landscape of HR systems and reporting
- Evaluating the accuracy of data, completing data cleansing activities, and making process improvement recommendations, taking through to implementation where applicable
- Ownership of the regular reporting cycle, ensuring that reports are completed in a timely manner against our payroll cycle

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE**

To be successful in this role, you’ll need experience analysing complex and high-volume data to provide insights and working with HR and Payroll teams. You’ll need to possess excellent communication skills and it’s expected you’ll be able to build rapport with various stakeholders, so excellent influencing and engagement skills are advantageous.
