- At TUI we believe that work is something you do not somewhere you go and we’re pleased to offer a hybrid working arrangement for this role. You will have an office base in either Crawley or Luton, where you can work alongside colleagues in the office as many days a week as you like. For the purposes of collaboration and catch ups, working from the office at least once a week would be expected. The role is being offered on a 9 month fixed term contract and is an entry level role with an approximate salary of £23,550.

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- The People Services Colleague Information Administrator will be responsible for ensuring our colleague HR information is stored in the correct location, in line with GDPR guidelines and TUI’s internal procedures. This will include:

- Identifying all locations where colleague HR information is currently stored, which includes understanding any local arrangements across the different business areas and teams, for electronic and paper files.
- Accurately tracking and transferring a high volume of documents into colleague electronic files, in line with GDPR requirements.
- Working in partnership with other TUI teams to understand and record their current processes for gathering and storing electronic and paper colleague documentation.
- Making recommendations for improved processes for handling colleague information, which are efficient and compliant with GDPR and TUI procedures.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Have experience of handling and transferring data and/or documents within company drives, systems and/or software such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and paper documents.
- Be organised, with experience of administrative projects and providing updates on progress.
- Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Have the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and understand their different processes and approach.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Place importance on maintaining confidentiality.
- Have a desire to identify and make recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies.
- Be comfortable with largely transactional activities and working autonomously.
- Have some experience of conducting right to work checks, or an understanding of right to work documentation.
