**Job brief**

We are looking for an energetic community coordinator to join our team. If you love meeting and making connections with people, have experience in setting up events and meetups, a tech-savvy professional in tune with social media, PR and promotional events, we would like to meet you.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and manage community meetups and events (in-person and online) in collaboration with the Policy team.
- Set and implement relevant social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
- Organize and participate in external events to build community and boost brand awareness.
- Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Liaise with the Sales and Product departments to stay updated on new products and features.
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and members of the press.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience in community building.
- Experience launching community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series etc).
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g., repeat attendance at events)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience with social media coverage and management for brands
- Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

**Nice to haves**
- BSc degree in Marketing, Journalism or a relevant field.
- Experience or interest in AI/technology field.
- Good understanding of sales/lead generation through various content types.
