**Salary**:Circa £38k to £46k (dependent upon experience)**

**Role Profile**

We are looking for an exceptional individual to help us create places where people want to live. The successful post holder will deliver our socio-economic regeneration strategies at the Dollis Valley estate which is a joint venture between L&Q and Countryside Properties and at Brent Cross in partnership with Related Argent. This role is agile/site based at both sites and the postholder will need to be able to attend site flexibly including evening and weekends as well as fulfil our agile contract obligations.

The post holder will work with a wide range of internal and external partners and stakeholders throughout the planning, on-site and delivery process. They will be responsible for delivering our contractual obligations as outlined in our regeneration services agreement including developing and maintaining partnerships, providing decant and leaseholder services, community engagement and delivering a programme of consultation events.

The post holder will be responsible for managing and monitoring the scheme regeneration budgets, including funding local projects and supporting residents to oversee the regeneration of their communities. The role will involve representing L&Q at tenant and homeowner meetings and events.

The role will be responsible for supporting residents through the regeneration journey including allocating new homes, shared equity sales and working to achieve vacant possession in partnership with local authorities.

You’ll need to have experience of project management, communications, resident engagement and housing or regeneration. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to positively influence key decision makers.
