**As Communications Coordinator for Belmond Trains & Cruises, you are part of a team responsible for overseeing day-to-day content scheduling and assisting with press releases and other PR materials. In this role, you will support the Divisional Communications Manager in the communication strategy for Belmond’s portfolio of trains and cruises worldwide. Based at the Trains & Cruises Central Office in London, this is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for excellence and storytelling in travel, a strong cultural awareness and an unswerving approach to maintaining standards. **Primary Responsibilities Include**:

- Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits and other PR materials. Monitor and respond to requests from the media and other stakeholders and maintain and update media contact databases.
- Assist in organising and coordinating press conferences, events and product launches.
- Help with researching KOLs and content creators and with coordinating logistics around talent (including travel, accommodation, special requests).
- Oversee day-to-day scheduling of content across multiple social media accounts and channels. Respond to direct messages and engage with audience.
- Manage image library and assist with creating photography briefs. Help with content planning for social media platforms, including formatting, editing and caption writing.

**Requirements**:
**What You Bring**:

- 2-4 years’ relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury hospitality industry.
- A diploma or relevant certificate from a recognised tertiary educational institution.
- Demonstrated ability to be innovative, creative, accurate and to successfully multitask more than one project at a time.
- Experience in social media content editing and familiarity with design editing software advantageous.
- Strong understanding of the influencer landscape.
